This policy explains, in plain language, how Rôtisserie Highway Pizza handles your personal information when you visit this site, place an order, pay, retrieve a receipt or ask for our promotions.
Last updated: September 23, 2026
The person in charge of the protection of personal information is the owner of Rôtisserie Highway Pizza: 289 Ste-Foy, Longueuil, Quebec J4J 1X2, phone 450 651-0200, email hello@incapitalus.com.
Send any question, complaint or request about your personal information to this person.
For an order: name, phone number, email, delivery address and instructions, order contents and amount, and payment method and status. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.
If you create an account or ask for our promotions: your email, your language and, where applicable, your order history and rewards.
Limited technical data, to secure the service and diagnose errors: IP address, request time, device type and technical order identifiers.
To validate and prepare your order, check the delivery area, process payments and refunds, produce receipts, answer your requests, prevent fraud and duplicate payments, and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
To send you promotions, only if you asked for them and confirmed your email. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us or calling the restaurant.
We do not sell your information and do not use targeted advertising.
Providers handle some information on our behalf, only for the purposes described here: Supabase (database and ordering-system functions), Base44 (site hosting and operation), Airwallex (card payments), Shopify (order synchronization), Cloudflare (secure delivery of the site) and OpenStreetMap (map on the Find us page).
These providers may host or process information outside Quebec, including elsewhere in Canada and in the United States.
This site uses no advertising cookies. It stores your cart, your language, a copy of the menu and, for the session, the private token used to display your order and receipt in your browser. You can clear this data in your browser settings.
The hosting platform’s audience measurement is turned off: no visit identifier is created to follow your browsing.
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for service and support, then for the period required by tax and accounting laws (generally six years after the end of the year concerned). The information is then destroyed or anonymized.
After an account is deleted, we retain only the former account’s pseudonymous technical identifier, without a name, email address, or phone number, for no more than 30 days. It is used to prevent a delayed technical process from recreating the former profile and to safely retry deletion. It is then deleted automatically.
Data is encrypted in transit and access to orders is limited to authorized staff. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, withdraw your consent, and obtain your computerized information in a structured, commonly used technological format. We reply within 30 days. Identity verification may be required, and some data must be retained to comply with the law.
Guest checkout is available without an account. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
