This policy explains how the Highway app and ordering system handle your information when you view the menu, place an order, pay, or retrieve a receipt.

We handle the information required for an order: name, email, phone number, delivery address, instructions, order contents and amount, and payment method and status.
Limited technical data may also be handled to secure the service and diagnose errors, such as IP address, request time, device type, and technical order identifiers.
This information is used to calculate and validate the order, enforce the 8 km delivery radius, process payment, prepare and deliver the order, produce receipts, provide support, and prevent duplicate payments or fraud.
Highway does not sell your information or use it for behavioural advertising.
Payments are processed by Square and, when selected, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Highway does not receive or store full card numbers or CVV codes.
Required information may be sent to providers that operate the service, including Square for payments and Supabase for secure ordering-system hosting. They process it under their own commitments and applicable obligations.
Order records are retained only as long as needed for service, support, security, and applicable accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
Data is encrypted in transit. The app stores limited access tokens on the device so you can view your orders and receipts; it stores no full card data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your orders. Identity verification may be required, and some data may need to be retained to comply with law or prevent fraud.
The app currently creates no customer account. Uninstalling the app removes local device data but does not automatically delete order records the restaurant must retain.
