These terms apply to online orders placed with Rôtisserie Highway Pizza, 289 Ste-Foy, Longueuil, Quebec J4J 1X2.

Online orders are accepted for takeout or delivery only during the opening hours shown on the Find us page. When the restaurant is closed, checkout says so and no order is accepted.
Your order is confirmed once the payment is accepted and a confirmation page shows an order number. Keep this number for any question.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are calculated at checkout. The total shown before you pay is the amount charged.
Payment is made online on a secure payment page. If a price or availability changes before payment, checkout asks you to review your cart and nothing is charged.
Delivery is available within 8 km of the restaurant for orders of at least $25.00 before taxes. Delivery is currently free; any fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Preparation and delivery times vary with demand. Check the address and phone number you enter: the restaurant may need to reach you about your order.
To cancel or change an order, call the restaurant at 450 651-0200 as soon as possible. An order whose preparation has started may no longer be cancellable.
If the restaurant cannot fulfil your order, or if an item is missing or incorrect, contact us: the amount concerned is refunded to the card used for payment. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution.
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles several common allergens, including wheat (gluten) and milk. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces. If you have an allergy or intolerance, call the restaurant before ordering.
